Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the rental services provided by Falconics Car Rental. By booking a vehicle through our website or app, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

Rental Eligibility

● You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Certain luxury or high-performance vehicles may require a minimum age of 25.
● A valid driving license from your country of residence is required. If the license is not in English, an International Driving Permit may be necessary.
● A valid credit card in the name of the renter is required for payment and security deposit purposes.

Booking and Payment

● All bookings must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Full payment or a deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
● Additional fees may apply for optional services such as GPS, child seats, or additional drivers.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a fee as outlined in our
Return Policy.

Vehicle Use

● The rented vehicle may only be driven by the person(s) listed in the rental agreement.
● The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, off-roading, or transporting hazardous materials.
● The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition in which it was rented.

Insurance and Liability

● All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage as required by UAE law.
● The renter may opt for additional coverage to reduce liability in the event of an accident or damage. This must be arranged at the time of booking.
● In the event of an accident, the renter must notify Falconics and file a police report immediately. Failure to do so may result in full liability for damages.

Breakdown Assistance

● In the event of a breakdown, Falconics provides 24/7 roadside assistance. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for help or vehicle replacement as necessary.

Termination of Rental Agreement

● Falconics reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement early if the vehicle is misused or if the renter violates any terms of the agreement.
● Early termination does not entitle the renter to a refund unless otherwise specified.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved in accordance with UAE law.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Falconics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
