Return Policy
Introduction
At Falconics Car Rental, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all of our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our Return Policy for both chauffeur-driven and self-drive rentals. Please read through the details carefully, as they govern the terms under which vehicles may be returned and any associated fees.
Vehicle Inspection
When returning a vehicle, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is in the same condition as when it was rented. The inspection will cover exterior and interior damage, fuel levels, and cleanliness. Customers are required to return the vehicle free of any new damage, scratches, or stains. In the case of any damage, charges will be applied according to the extent of the repair needed. Customers are encouraged to check the vehicle with our staff both before taking and after returning the car.
Fuel Policy
We provide vehicles with a full tank of fuel, and they should be returned with the same level. If a vehicle is returned with less fuel than it was provided, the customer will be charged a refueling fee based on current market rates, in addition to a service fee for refueling.
Cleanliness
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition. A cleaning fee will apply if the car is returned excessively dirty. This includes major stains, debris, or litter. If the vehicle requires professional cleaning, the fee will reflect the necessary cleaning services.
Early Returns
If you return a vehicle earlier than the scheduled rental period, Falconics will not provide a refund for the unused rental period unless specified in the rental agreement. However, we may provide credit for future rentals depending on the circumstances of the early return, such as unforeseen circumstances or exceptional cases at our discretion.
Late Returns
Late returns will incur additional charges based on an hourly rate. Customers are required to return the vehicle on or before the agreed return time, as mentioned in the rental agreement. For late returns up to 2 hours beyond the agreed time, a grace period may apply, after which
charges will be levied per hour or a full extra day, depending on the terms of your rental package.
Cancellation & No-show
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental amount. No-shows (failure to collect the car without prior cancellation) will be charged 100% of the rental fee.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the vehicle is returned in its original condition without damage, and no additional charges for late returns or refueling are applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and can be credited back to the original payment
method or provided as store credit for future rentals.
Disputes and Claims
If you believe there has been an error in charges or if a dispute arises regarding the condition of the vehicle, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the return. All claims will be investigated, and any necessary adjustments to the charges will be made.
