Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Falconics Car Rental, you will be the first point of
contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary
responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and any issues they may
encounter during their rental experience.


Key Responsibilities:
● Greet customers and assist with the rental process, including vehicle selection and
contract completion.
● Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding rental policies,
prices, and vehicle availability.
● Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
● Resolve customer complaints with a professional and empathetic approach.
● Maintain a clean and organized rental office.
● Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth
operations.


Qualifications:
● Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
● Knowledge of car rental operations is a plus.
